Define was founded in 2000 by Jon Campbell. 25 years later were still going strong and are proud to be an independent wine merchant, restaurant and delicatessen based in Sandiway, Cheshire. We are dedicated to serving you the best tood and wine possible and have a quality driven approach to everything we do.

Each box is accompanied by background and tasting notes, with the odd food match recommendation. In short, you’ll live, you’ll learn, you’ll save, you’ll smile.
